Abstract

"BOCAL PARA USO COM UMA COMPORTA PARA MOLDE DE INJEçãO PARA PLáSTICO QUE DEFINE UM VESTìGIO, E, COMBINAçãO DE INSERTO DE COMPORTA E BOCAL". Um bocal (10) e comporta (18) para um molde de injeção para plástico (12) no qual a comporta (18) tem uma superfície de vedação primária (50) localizada adjacente ao vestígio (22) e uma superfície de vedação secundária (54) localizada atrás ou para dentro da superfície de vedação primária (50). O bocal (10) tem um retentor de inserto 42 montado nele de maneira rosqueada para manter um inserto do tipo ponta ou torpedo (64). O retentor de inserto 42 tem uma vedação primária anular externa (46) que engata a superfície de vedação primária da comporta (50), uma vedação secundária anular intermediária (56) que engata a superfície de vedação secundária da comporta (54). A vedação primária (46) impede que plástico quente passe através do bocal e a vedação secundária (56) assegura que mesmo que algum plástico alcance atrás da vedação primária, ele não irá passar atrás da vedação secundária (56) e contactar a bobina de aquecimento (33). A porção de corpo principal pode ser conformada para formar uma terceira vedação (80) para engatamento com a superfície de vedação secundária (54) atrás da posição da vedação secundária (56).
