Abstract
"TUBO CILìNDRICO PARA INSTALAçõES QUìMICAS INDUSTRIAIS". A invenção provê um tubo para ser utilizado em fornos onde passam meios gasosos e líquidos pelo tubo a partir de uma extremidade para a outra enquanto que submetidos a um aquecimento substancial e decomposição resultante do mesmo. O tubo cilíndrico é feito em uma liga de aço inoxidável a base de ferro-níquel-cromo que compreende em % em peso: no máximo 0,08% de C, 23-27% de Cr, 33-37% de Ni, 1,3-1,8% de Mn, 1,2-2% de Si, 0,08-0,25% de N, 0,01-0,15% de terras raras, e Fe e impurezas usuais. O tubo cilíndrico apresenta uma superfície externa lisa e uma superfície interna provida com vales e recessos que se estendem longitudinalmente com um perfil de fundo ligeiramente curvo."CYLINDRIC PIPE FOR INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL INSTALLATIONS". The cylindrical tube is made of an iron-nickel-chromium-based stainless steel alloy comprising by weight%: maximum 0.08% C, 23-27% Cr, 33-37% Ni, 1 , 3-1.8% Mn, 1.2-2% Si, 0.08-0.25% N, 0.01-0.15% rare earth, and Fe and usual impurities. The cylindrical tube has a smooth outer surface and an inner surface provided with longitudinally extending valleys and recesses with a slightly curved bottom profile.
