Abstract
"SISTEMA, MéTODO E APARELHO PARA DESENVOLVER UM RECURSO DE DADOS DENTRO DE UM ACOPLAMENTO DE TUBO ROSQUEADO". Um recurso de dados específico para um acoplamento de tubo posicionado centralmente dentro do acoplamento, intermediário às extremidades de acoplamento. Acoplamentos múltiplos são empregados para conectar uma coluna de tubo de poço. O recurso de dados está adaptado para ser desenvolvido no centro do acoplamento, no espaço formado entre as extremidades adjacentes de tubo, ajustado dentro do acoplamento. O recurso de dados provê informação com relação às características e localizações físicas do acoplamento, à coluna de tubo anexada ou ao ambiente dentro do qual o acoplamento está disposto. O recurso de dados pode ser um componente de somente leitura, ou pode ser um componente de leitura e escrita. O recurso comunica-se com um instrumento móvel através do tubo e do acoplamento. O recurso de dados pode ser posicionado removivelmente no centro do acoplamento, ou pode ser permanentemente cimentado no lugar. O recurso de dados pode adquirir a forma de um anel anular com uma estrutura que pode ser rompida e com recessos adequados para segurar um módulo de recurso de dados. Uma antena de comunicação circular pode ser carregada no anel. Uma forma preferida do recurso de dados é um anel de Teflon rosqueado extemamente, equipado com dedos resilientes estendendo-se axialmente. Os dedos resilientes são deformáveis quando do encaixe com as extremidades rotativas das seções do tubo, de modo que o avanço das seções do tubo além da sua profundidade ótima dentro do acoplamento deforma os dedos sem rotação, e assim desloca o anel. O corpo do anel permanece no intervalo entre o tubo e onde ele é protegido de ser rompido.
