Abstract

"COQUEIFICADOR RETARDADO E MéTODO PARA MEDIR E CONTROLAR O VOLUME DE FLUXO DE LìQUIDO DE RESFRIAMENTO BRUSCO INJETADO EM UMA LINHA DE VAPOR EM UMA UNIDADE DE COQUEIFICAçãO RETARDADA". Um processo e aparelho para resfriamento brusco da linha de vapor de tambor de coque de um tambor de coque para o fracionador principal em uma unidade de coqueificação por intermédio dos quais o volume de líquido de resfriamento previne que a linha de vapor do tambor seja obstruída com depósitos baseados em carbono. Uma técnica de controle de pressão diferencial é utilizada para resfriar os vapores de vapor sendo fornecidos ao fracionador. O controle de resfriamento da linha de vapor pela pressão diferencial previne o super-resfriamento da linha de vapor durante uma troca de tambor de coque, inicialização da unidade, ou retardamento assim como sub-resfriamento durante os aquecimentos de tambor.
