Abstract

"MéTODOS E PLANTAS PARA FABRICAR UMA ESTRUTURA DE CINTA, UM CONJUNTO DE CINTA E UMA ESTRUTURA DE COROA DE UM PNEU CRU PARA VEìCULOS". Um método e uma planta para fabricação de uma estrutura de cinta de um pneu cru são descritos, nos quais as tiras de cinta (113a, 113b) que constituem a estrutura da cinta são produzidas em uma maneira substancialmente contínua imediatamente à montante de no mínimo um tambor de montagem (13, 14). Tal método e planta são integrados, respectivamente, em um método e em uma planta para fabricar um conjunto de cinta e uma estrutura de coroa que incorpora a estrutura de cinta assim obtida. O método para produzir o conjunto de cinta proporciona a formação subseq³ente sobre dita estrutura de cinta de uma camada de mistura de borracha que incorpora uma pluralidade de cordonéis de reforço (104), enquanto o método para produzir a estrutura de coroa proporciona a montagem subseq³ente de uma banda de rodagem (105) sobre o conjunto de cinta assim formado. A camada de mistura de borracha que incorpora os cordonéis de reforço (104) e a banda de rodagem (105) são, ambos, produzidos de uma maneira substancialmente contínua à montante de no mínimo um tambor de montagem (18). Vantajosamente, isto assegura um nível de qualidade elevado e constante da estrutura de cinta e do conjunto de cinta, alcançando ao mesmo tempo uma redução em custos de produção e um aumento na capacidade de produção da planta.
