Abstract

"MéTODO PARA INTENSIFICAR A RESOLUçãO DE VELOCIDADES DE ONDAS ELáSTICAS ATRAVéS DO ISOLAMENTO DE UM EVENTO DE ONDA EM FORMAçãO LITOGRáFICA". Dados para diagrafia acústica são obtidos usando-se uma ferramenta de diagrafia incluindo pelo menos um transmissor e uma pluralidade de receptores (101). Uma inversão de correspondência de forma de onda é realizada para se obter perfis de lentidão de formação em diversas resoluções variando do comprimento total da disposição do receptor para o espaçamento do receptor de interdisposição (105). O uso das subdisposições de sobreposição provê a intensificação da resolução. A intensificação é alcançada minimizando-se os efeitos de contaminação de barulho maximizando-se a redundância de informação em dados de forma de onda (109). O método alcança isso pelo isolamento do evento de onda de interesse e fazendo correspondência da forma de onda do evento para todos os pares de receptores possíveis permitidos pela subdisposição (111). A curva de lentidão de alta resolução resolve com sucesso as características laminadas em uma formação geológica (115). Essa invenção é uma ferramenta útil para a avaliação de camadas delgadas em formações laminadas usando-se a diagrafia de acústicos furos de poço.
