Abstract

"PIGMENTO OU ENCHIMENTO E COMPOSIçãO POLIMéRICA". A presente invenção se refere a silanização ou tratamento superficial de minerais com alquilsilanos e copolímeros de alquilsilano. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção se refere a copolímeros de alquilsilano úteis para tratamento superficial de pigmentos ou enchimentos. Os copolímeros de alquilsilano compreendem pelo menos dois monómeros diferentes. Os copolímeros têm utilidade particular para o tratamento superficial de pigmentos brancos, tais como dióxido de titânio, para aperfeiçoar a capacidade de dispersão e processamento dos pigmentos quando compostos com um material polimérico, em particular, quando compostos com poliolefinas.
