Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE COMPOSIçõES ELASTOMéRICAS COM CARGA DE SìLICA". Um processo para a preparação de uma mescla reticulada que compreende: a) misturar um copolímero de uma C~ 4~ a C~ 7~ isoolefina e um para alquilestireno com sílica; b) misturar separadamente uma borracha para finalidade geral com sílica, em que um ou mais agentes de acoplamento de silano são misturados com pelo menos uma das mesclas de sílica / copolímero ou de sílica / borracha para finalidade geral e c) misturar a mistura de sílica / copolímero com a mescla de sílica / borracha para finalidade geral. Typical coupling agents include bis (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide, 3-thiocyanatopropyl triethoxy silane, 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxy silane and one embodiment of the copolymer is an isobutylene, para-methylstyrene and para-methylethylene bromine .
