Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO DE PROTEçãO CONTRA POEIRA EM UM APARELHO DE PROCESSAMENTO A LASER". Em um método de proteção de uma unidade de laser (2) contra poeira durante o processamento a laser de um alvo (S) em uma área de processamento (S'), uma pressão essencialmente ambiente é estabelecida na área de processamento (S'), e um fluxo de gás longitudinal direcionado para a área de processamento (S') é estabelecido em uma primeira região intermediária à área de processamento (S') e à unidade de laser (2), desta forma efetivamente impedindo que a poeira se movimente para a unidade de laser (2) e ao mesmo tempo minimizando as forças que atuam sobre o alvo (S). Um dispositivo de proteção contra poeira correspondente (6) define um canal (11) que se estende a partir de uma abertura de entrada de radiação (12), faceando a unidade de laser (2), para uma abertura de saída de radiação (13), faceando o alvo (S). Uma unidade de controle de gás se comunica com o canal (11) de modo a alimentar gás para o mesmo através de pelo menos uma abertura de entrada de gás (16, 17) espaçada da abertura de saída de radiação (13). Simultaneamente, a unidade de controle de gás remove o gás do canal (11) através de pelo menos uma abertura de saída de gás (22, 23) adjacente à abertura de saída de radiação (12).
