Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA A PRODUçãO E COLETA DE GAMETAS AVIáRIOS, E PARA AUMENTAR O NúMERO DE AVES MACHOS CHOCADAS DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE OVOS DE AVE". Um método para a produção e coleta de esperma aviário compreende as etapas de: prover células germinativas primordiais de uma espécie aviária doadora; administrar as células germinativas primordiais a uma espécie aviária receptora in ovo; incubar a espécie aviária receptora para chocar; e em seguida coletar esperma da espécie aviária doadora oriunda da espécie aviária receptora. Por exemplo, a espécie aviária doadora pode ser um grou gritante e a espécie aviária receptora pode ser um grou das dunas. Em outro exemplo, a espécie aviária doadora pode ser um peru e a espécie aviária receptora pode ser uma galinha.
