Abstract

"GERAçãO DE IMAGEM IMPRESSA NãO-REPRODUZìVEL". Um método de geração de imagem impressa não-reproduzível, por exemplo em um cheque, envolve impressão de uma primeira camada de fundo de tinta no documento e então impressão de dados em cima da camada de fundo. A tinta usada para imprimir a camada de fundo é refletiva de luz de um comprimento de onda predeterminado tipicamente no espectro infravermelho. A tinta usada para imprimir os dados é visualmente indistinguível da primeira tinta, mas absorve luz no espectro infravermelho para que quando a imagem impressa for iluminada com luz infravermelha a imagem possa ser discernida. A imagem tipicamente compreende uma imagem simbólica criptografada e é usada para propósitos de segurança.
