Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS, CAMADAS ADESIVAS E VEDAçõES A PARTIR DE AGENTES DE REVESTIMENTO, COLAS, E MASSAS DE VEDAçãO ENDURECìVEIS POR RADIAçãO ACTìNICA". Processo para preparação de revestimento, massas adesivas e/ou vedações de agentes de revestimento, colas e/ou massas de vedação endurecíveis por radiação actínica, sobre substratos com primeira demão e sem primeira demão, verificado por aplicação dos agentes de revestimentos, colas, e/ou massas de vedação sobre e/ou nos substratos e endurecimento das camadas resultantes com radiação actínica, pelo qual os agentes de revestimento, colas, e massas de vedação são empregados, e que como constituintes ativáveis por radiação actínica contêm ou consistem em: A) pelo menos um copolímero de (met)acrilato, que contém em média estatística pelo menos um grupo (a) com pelo menos uma ligação na molécula ativável por radiação actínica, sendo que o grupo (a) se liga, através de reações análogas poliméricas, à estrutura básica do copolímero de (met)acrilato (A), ou alternativamente B) pelo menos um composto, que contém em média estatística pelo menos um grupo (a) com pelo menos uma ligação na molécula ativável por radiação actínica, e C) pelo menos um copolímero de (met)acrilato, que é livre de tais grupos (a), em um teor de grupos ativáveis por radiação actínica de 70 até 400 meq/ 100 g de corpos sólidos.
