The doors in the housing are configured to allow the insertion of a new paper roll into the dispenser when positioned in the open position; Additionally, these doors suspend the end of the paper roll for easy access for the toilet paper user when the doors are in the closed position. An accessory aspect facilitates the distribution of a partially consumed roll stump or roll as well as a new roll by reloading the distributor. One or more windows are provided to allow maintenance personnel to determine when a distributor reload is required.
