Abstract

A dispenser (10) is disclosed having at least one axle member for dispensing a rolled product, such as toilet paper, in a manner substantially similar to that of a fixed dispenser. The dispenser may be used, for example, in remote locations or public locations by campers, travelers, or the like. The dispenser may be sold as a single unit, may be incorporated into a vending system, or may be sold in combination with rolls of dispensable product, see Figs. 1-4.
