Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA CONECTAR LIBERAVELMENTE UM MEMBRO TUBULAR COM OUTRO MEMBRO TUBULAR E MéTODO PARA USAR PRESSãO DE FLUIDO PARA DESCONECTAR DOIS MEMBROS TUBULARES POçO ABAIXO". Método para desconectar membros tubulares e aparelho compreendendo alojamentos superior (310) e inferior (320) e uma luva de esfera (330). O aparelho se conecta entre a tubulação (150) e uma montagem de perfuração (210). Uma conexão em chaveta é formada entre um recesso ranhurado (395) no alojamento superior e uma extensão em chaveta (450) do alojamento inferior. Parafusos de cisalhamento (340) seguram a luva da esfera (330) pela parte interna dos alojamentos. Para liberar, uma esfera (380) com uma densidade igual à densidade do fluido de perfuração é bombeada para assentar-se sobre a luva (330) independente da orientação da perfuração do poço. A pressão forma atrás da luva (330) o cisalhamento dos parafusos de cisalhamento (340) de modo que a luva (330 se move para o alojamento inferior (320), dessa forma tomando os alojamentos separáveis.
