Abstract
"MéTODO PARA DETECTAR E MEDIR INCLUSõES EM UM FLUIDO E APARELHO PARA MEDIR INCLUSõES EM UM LìQUIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas de métodos para detectar e medir as inclusões em metais líquidos. Mais particularmente, as inclusões não metálicas tendo um nível de condutividade diferente daquele do artigo fundido líquido são forçadas a migrar e são coletadas em uma superfície de medição usando-se forças Lorentz eletromagnéticas. As inclusões e suas concentrações são detectadas na superfície de medição usando-se um sistema de detecção eletrostático ou um sistema óptico de detecção."Method for detecting and measuring inclusions in a fluid and apparatus for measuring inclusions in a liquid". The present invention relates to method systems for detecting and measuring inclusions in liquid metals. More particularly, non-metallic inclusions having a different conductivity level than that of the liquid cast article are forced to migrate and are collected on a measuring surface using electromagnetic Lorentz forces. Inclusions and their concentrations are detected on the measuring surface using an electrostatic detection system or an optical detection system.
