Abstract
"SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO COM CONDENSADOR TIPO PLACA E MéTODO PARA COMPACTá-LO". A ser aplicado a um aparelho de resfriamento, apresentando um compressor montado em uma carcaça hermética (10), uma serpentina de evaporador (60) e um condensador (20) tipo placa formado de duas seções de placa inferior e superior (20a, 20b), com um espaçamento (21) entre ditas seções de placa. O refrigerante a alta pressão proveniente do compressor é suprido a um conduto de condensador (30) formado sobre as duas seções de placa inferior e superior em um padrão de serpentina estendido do fundo ao topo e de volta ao fundo. Em uma configuração de fabricação e de uso (figura 1), as seções de placa inferior (20a) e superior (20b) são dispostas uma acima da outra e a serpentina de evaporador (60) é posicionada por um conduto de sucção (70) conectado ao compressor para ficar transversal a e acima da seção de placa superior (20b). Para reduzir a dimensão total do sistema de refrigeração por razões de manuseio e transporte, o conduto de sucção (70) é curvado para uma forma que abaixa a serpentina de evaporador (60) para uma posição disposta acima da carcaça hermética (10) do compressor e abaixo do extremo superior da seção de placa inferior (20a), sendo a seção de placa superior (20b) então dobrada para baixo."COOLING SYSTEM WITH PLATE CONDENSER AND METHOD FOR COMPACTING IT". To be applied to a cooling apparatus featuring a compressor mounted on an airtight housing (10), an evaporator coil (60) and a plate-like condenser (20) formed of two lower and upper plate sections (20a, 20b) , with a spacing (21) between said plate sections. High pressure refrigerant from the compressor is supplied to a condenser conduit (30) formed over the two lower and upper plate sections in a coil pattern extended from bottom to top and back to bottom. In a manufacturing and use configuration (Figure 1), the lower (20a) and upper (20b) plate sections are disposed one above the other and the evaporator coil (60) is positioned by a suction duct (70) connected to the compressor to be transverse to and above the upper plate section (20b). To reduce the overall size of the refrigeration system for handling and transportation reasons, the suction duct (70) is bent to a shape that lowers the evaporator coil (60) to a position disposed above the airtight casing (10) of the compressor and below the upper end of the lower plate section (20a), the upper plate section (20b) is then folded down.
