Referente a um método para colar artigos, incluindo a alimentação de uma sucessão de artigos (4a) ao, longo de um trecho (P) de alimentação, por meio de uma unidade de colagem (1), tendo um transportador (12) para transportar os artigos (4a), e dois conjuntos (19) dispostos em lados opostos. do transportador para aplicar respectivamente dadas quantidades de adesivo a cada artigo (4a) suprindo adesivo a uma saída (30a) de um bico (30) de cada conjunto de colagem (19), por meio de, uma respectiva bomba (28) e ao longo de um trecho (P) de suprimento de adesivo estendendo-se entre a bomba 28) e a saída (30a); aplicando uma dada quantidade de adesivo a cada artigo (4a) por meio de cada bico (30); e medindo a quantidade de adesivo por meio da bomba.
