Abstract

"ENTRADA DE REDE PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO EM DESNìVEL". A presente invenção é voltada para a combinação híbrida de um sistema de moldagem por injeção de entrada em desnível e uma entrada de rede. A entrada de rede é localizada antes do orifício da entrada em desnível. A entrada de rede é compreendida de vários canais de escoamento cruzados, através do quais a borracha escoa, com mistura das borrachas nas interseções dos canais de escoamento. Esse sistema de moldagem híbrido propicia tempos de cura mais curtos e um tempo de ciclo de processamento aperfeiçoado para a cura de borrachas.
