Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA DE ANTENA ADAPTATIVA". Um sistema e método foram desenvolvidos, onde um arranjo de antena cilíndrica é configurado e reconfigurado em uma rede de comunicações sem fio. As informações de posição e sinal são continuamente recebidas de unidades móveis sem fio e são usadas para determinar as reconfigurações dos componentes de antena do arranjo de antena cilíndrica a fim de melhorar o desempenho do sistema. Como exemplo, antenas de estação base são configuradas dinamicamente para minimizar certas coisas como interferência e chamadas perdidas e maximizar sua qualidade de voz tanto dentro da célula quanto entre células vizinhas.
