Abstract
"FILTRO DE DESCARGA PóS-TRATAMENTO DE ESPAçO OTIMIZADO". Um filtro de descarga pós-tratamento (20) inclui uma carcaça (22) que se estende axialmente ao longo de um eixo geométrico (28) entre as primeira e segunda extremidades opostas de forma distante (30 e 32), uma primeira porta (34) na primeira extremidade da carcaça, uma segunda porta (36) também na primeira extremidade da carcaça, sendo uma das primeira e segunda portas uma entrada e sendo a outra uma saída, tendo a carcaça uma seção intermediária (38) entre as extremidades opostas de modo distante, tendo a seção intermediária uma determinada área em seção transversal A1 ao longo de um plano seccional transversal ao eixo geométrico, um elemento de filtro de descarga catalítico (24) na seção intermediária e que preenche totalmente a área em seção transversal Al com exceção de entalhe menor (40) no elemento de filtro de descarga de área em seção transversal A2, o elemento de filtro de descarga tendo uma área em seção transversal A3 = A1 - A2, um tubo de transferência (26) que se estende através do entalhe e se comunica com a segunda porta. A descarga flui axialmente (42) através do elemento de filtro de descarga entre primeiro e segundo lados opostos de forma distante (44 e 46) do elemento de filtro de descarga, o primeiro lado voltado para a primeira extremidade da carcaça, o segundo lado voltado para a segunda extremidade da carcaça, fluindo a descarga axialmente através do elemento de filtro de descarga em uma direção axial (42) e fluindo através do tubo de transferência e do entalhe na direção axial oposta (48).
