"TAMPA APERFEIçOADA PARA APLICAçãO POR PRESSãO EM LATAS CONTENDO BEBIDAS". Referente a uma tampa aperfeiçoada (95) aplicada por pressão a latas (52) contendo bebidas que abre por meio de uma tira (57) preparada para fraturar-se, com uma alça (100) para facilitar a retirada da tampa (95) voltada para cima, quando livre, e unida abaixo da borda de dita tampa que, na posição da alça (100), apresenta áreas (107, 108) preparadas para fraturarem que, quando a alça (100) é puxada para retirar a tampa (95), produz fraturas (104, 105) em suas paredes (96) capazes de indicar que a tampa (95) já foi removida para consumo parcial da bebida, mesmo se dita tampa (95) foi então resposta na lata (52).
