Abstract
"CONDUTO TUBULAR FLEXìVEL SUBMARINO". Este conduto tubular de múltiplas camadas flexível submarino de uma só peça compreende uma carcaça (1) de tira de metal entrelaçado; uma bainha de vedação interna (2) de um material polimérico; um enrolamento em hélice com passo curto de um elemento metálico entrelaçado (3), pelo menos uma lona (5) de armaduras de tração enroladas com passo longo em torno de uma abóbada de pressão, conforme o caso pelo menos uma camada de isolamento térmico (7) e uma bainha de proteção e de vedação externa (8) de polímero; este conduto tem, sobre seu comprimento, porções destinadas a zonas de utilização diferente e as características físicas de pelo menos uma das camadas são modificadas na fabricação sobre pelo menos uma porção do comprimento do conduto, sem modificação do diâmetro externo da referida camada, de maneira a adaptar as propriedades do conduto nesta porção às condições para a zona onde ele será utilizado.
