Abstract

"MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, VETOR, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, DESCENDENTES, SEMENTES OU MATERIAL CELULAR REPRODUTìVEL, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM POLIPEPTìDEO, POLIPEPTìDEO ISOLADO, ANTICORPO, KIT DE TESTE, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, E, USO DE UM PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, OU DE UM POLIPEPTìDEO". São descritas moléculas isoladas de ácido nucleico, designadas moléculas de ácido nucleico LMRP, que codificam novas LMRPs de, por exemplo, Physcomitrella patens. A invenção também provê moléculas anti-sentido de ácido nucleico, vetores de expressão recombinante contendo moléculas de ácido nucleico LMRP, e células hospedeiras em que os vetores de expressão tenham sido introduzidos. Isolated nucleic acid molecules, called LMRP nucleic acid molecules, which encode new LMRPs from, for example, Physcomitrella patens, are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing LMRP nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced. The invention further provides isolated LMRPs, transformed LMRPs, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and methods for improving the production of a desired compound from transformed cells, organisms and plants, based on the genetic engineering of the LMRP genes in these organisms.
