Abstract
"PROCESSO DE DETERMINAçãO DA TRAJETóRIA DOS MATERIAIS QUANDO DO CARREGAMENTO DE UM FORNO DE CUBA". De preferência um alto-forno, onde se despejam, através de uma gárgula rotativa, posicionada sobre o eixo central do dito forno de cuba, os materiais (7) que constituem a carga a partir do topo do dito forno de cuba, no qual: - se implementa uma sonda (2), que é parcialmente introduzida, de acordo com o seu comprimento, no interior da câmara do dito forno de cuba, sendo a extremidade da sonda introduzida na câmara e a extremidade da sonda situada fora da dita câmara chamadas convencionalmente cabeça (3) e pé (5) da sonda, respectivamente, sendo a dita sonda do tipo inerte pelo menos na parte interior à câmara do dito forno, - se associa à parte da sonda exterior à câmara do forno pelo menos um sensor (6), que é sensível ao impacto dos materiais (7) carregados sobre a parte da sonda introduzida na câmara do forno, e - se observa pelo menos um sinal produzido pelo dito sensor (6) ligado à parte da sonda exterior à câmara atrás citada. De acordo com a presente invenção, a cabeça da sonda se desloca, de preferência em contínuo no interior da câmara do forno e por se registrar, ao longo do tempo, o sinal produzido pelo sensor quando da deslocação atrás citada."PROCESS OF DETERMINING THE PATH OF MATERIALS WHEN LOADING A CUBA OVEN". According to the present invention, the probe head moves, preferably continuously inside the oven chamber and because the signal produced by the sensor during the above mentioned movement is registered over time.
