Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SMC REFORçADO COM FIBRA DE CARBONO PARA COMPONENTES REFORçADOS MULTIAXIAIS". A invenção refere-se a um SMC (Sheet Mouiding Compound) para a fabricação de componentes duroplásticos reforçados com fibra, constituído de uma matriz de resina (2), com um reforço de fibra com fibras unidirecionais (fibras UD) (7), que estão dispostas em uma orientação axial, e de forma vantajosa, adicionalmente com fibras cortadas (fibras aleatórias) (4) que estão dispostas sem orientação na matriz de resina. Para que, no caso de peso superficial baixo seja alcançada uma resistência extremamente alta na direção multiaxial, é sugerido que, no componente sejam dispostas várias camadas de SMC com fibras UD (7) com alinhamento axial diferente um do outro.
