Abstract
"MATERIAIS DE DISPOSITIVOS OFTAL-MOLóGICOS E OTORRINOLARINGOLóGICOS". São descritos materiais aperfeiçoados de dispositivos macios, de alto índice de refração, acrílicos, tendo um alongamento de pelo menos 150%. Esses materiais, especialmente úteis como materiais de lente intra-ocular, contêm dois monómeros principais: um monómero hidrofóbico acrílico de arila e um monómero hidrofílico."MATERIALS OF OPHTHALMOLOGICAL AND OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGICAL DEVICES". Improved materials from soft, high refractive index, acrylic devices are described, having an elongation of at least 150%. These materials, especially useful as intraocular lens materials, contain two main monomers: an aryl acrylic hydrophobic monomer and a hydrophilic monomer.
