Abstract
"COMPOSTO FLUOROGêNICO, ESTRUTURA DE COMPóSITO SENSìVEL à ENZIMA, CONJUGADO MACROMOLECULAR FLUOROGêNICO, MéTODOS DE DETERMINAR A EFICáCIA DE UM PROCEDIMENTO DE ESTERILIZAçãO, DE DETECTAR UMA MOLéCULA ALVO BIOLóGICO EM UMA AMOSTRA DE TESTE, E, ELEMENTO DE SENSOREAMENTO DE ENZIMA". São divulgados novos compostos fluorogênicos com base em cumarina úteis no ensaio quanto a atividade biológica. Especificamente, estes compostos fluorogênicos exibem fluorescência em comprimentos de onda particulares quando clivados pelas enzimas alvo. Os compostos preferidos incluem derivados de açúcar e peptídicos de derivados de umbeliferona que levam um anel heterocíclico de cinco membros na posição 3. Estes compostos podem ser usados para detectar rapidamente patógenos alimentícios e para determinar a eficácia de esterilização. Os compostos também podem ser usados em uma forma ligada a um suporte polimérico ou a uma biomolécula ou macromolécula.
