Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO ANTIBACTERIANA E MéTODO PARA CONTROLE DE BACTéRIAS GRAM-POSITIVAS PARA APLICAçãO EM ALIMENTOS". Uma composição antibacteriana que compreende: (a) um primeiro componente incluindo pelo menos um composto bactericida ou bacteriostático gram-positivo selecionado do grupo que consiste em: lantibióticos, pediocina e bacteriocinas da classe lactocinas, e enzimas líticas; e (b) um segundo componente incluindo pelo menos um composto selecionado do grupo que consiste em ácidos de lúpulo, derivados de ácidos de lúpulo, resinas de lúpulo e derivados de resina de lúpulo; e o método de aplicação de tal composição às superfícies de alimentos sólidos."ANTIBACTERIAL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR THE CONTROL OF GRAM-POSITIVE BACTERIA FOR APPLICATION IN FOOD". An antibacterial composition comprising: (a) a first component including at least one gram-positive bactericidal or bacteriostatic compound selected from the group consisting of: lantibiotics, pediocin and bacteriocins of the lactocin class, and lytic enzymes; and (b) a second component including at least one compound selected from the group consisting of hops acids, hops acid derivatives, hops resins and hops resin derivatives; and the method of applying such a composition to solid food surfaces.
