Abstract

"SISTEMA DE ROTULAçãO EM MOLDE PARA USO COM UMA MáQUINA ROTATIVA DE MOLDAGEM POR SOPRO". Um sistema de rotulação em molde para uso com uma máquina rotativa de moldagem por sopro (10) que inclui primeiro e segundo servomotores elétricos (46, 64) e primeiro e segundo mecanismos de came (48, 66) respectivamente acionados pelos servomotores para mover uma cabeça dispensadora (36) entre locações de alimentação e distribuição e para mover um transportador de rótulo(38) sobre a cabeça dispensadora entre posições retraída e de transferência de rótulo independentemente uma da outra. Um sensor (92) do sistema detecta a rotação de uma roda girante (12) da máquina para operar primeiro e segundo controladores elétricos (84, 86) que respectivamente operam os primeiro e segundo servomotores (46, 64) em coordenação com a operação da máquina porém independentemente um do outro.
