Abstract
"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UM CATODO EMISSOR DE CAMPO PARA UMA FONTE DE LUZ, CATODO EMISSOR DE CAMPO, E, FONTE DE LUZ". Um método de produção de um catodo emissor de campo para uma fonte de luz, e que inclui, pelo menos, um corpo emissor de campo com uma superfície de emissão de campo, em que o método inclui modificação na dita superfície emissora de forma tal a fornecer, pelo menos, uma irregularidade emissora de campo elétrico em cada uma das ditas superfícies. O método é diferenciado por, pelo menos, um feixe de luz laser que trazido para modelar o corpo e, simultaneamente, fazer contato com a superfície emissora de campo e, assim, proporcionar um tratamento modificador na superfície do corpo. A invenção também diz respeito a um catodo emissor de campo assim produzido e a uma fonte de luz que inclui um catodo emissor de campo desse tipo."PRODUCTION METHOD OF A FIELD EMITTING CATODE FOR A LIGHT SOURCE, FIELD EMITTING CATODE, AND, LIGHT SOURCE". A method of producing a field-emitting cathode for a light source, which includes at least one field-emitting body with a field-emitting surface, wherein the method includes modifying said emitting surface in such a way that provide at least one electrical field emitting irregularity on each of said surfaces. The method is differentiated by, at least, a beam of laser light that is brought to model the body and, simultaneously, make contact with the emitting surface of the field and, thus, provide a modifying treatment on the body surface. The invention also concerns a field-emitting cathode thus produced and a light source that includes such a field-emitting cathode.
