Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA DE TRATAMENTO DE POLPA". Um sistema para tratamento de polpa inclui um dispositivo de retirada de água (2) para retirar água da polpa a uma concentração de fibra de pelo menos 20%, uma vaso de reação (6) para branquear a polpa de sem água por reação com gás ozónio e um dispositivo de corte de polpa (4) para cortar a polpa sem água antes da última ser provida ao vaso de reação. O dispositivo de corte de polpa tem um vaso de corte de polpa fechado (16), um tubo de saída (22) e um meio de transporte (18) para transporte contínuo da polpa cortada sem compressão fora do vaso de corte de polpa pelo tubo de saída, de forma que o último é mantido cheio com polpa passante. Um conduto (28) vedado à gás do ambiente conecta o tubo de saída (22) de maneira estanque à gás ao vaso de reação (6). Um dispositivo de regulação de pressão (38, 40, 42, 44, 48) mantém uma pressão de gás (P1) no vaso de corte de polpa que é mais alta do que a pressão de gás (P2) no vaso de reação.
