Abstract

"SISTEMA PARA ACOPLAMENTO RáPIDO SUBMARINO COM LIGAçãO TUBULAR LATERAL, SEM O EMPREGO DE MERGULHADORES". Refere-se a um processo sem o emprego de mergulhadores para o acoplamento de tubulação submarina pressurizada (12) sem a remoção da tubulação do serviço. O processo inclui as etapas de abaixamento e assentamento de uma ferramenta de medição (30) sobre a tubulação, para verificar a ovalização e o alinhamento da tubulação. São abaixados e assentados os pórticos para levantamento da tubulação (36, 38) e espaçados de uma distância escolhida. A tubulação é erguida por atuadores hidráulicos ou por parafusos mecânicos nos pórticos. Uma máquina para acoplamento rápido e um pórtico de orientação para acompanhamento são abaixados a partir da superfície e assentados na tubulação entre os pórticos para levantamento da tubulação. Uma braçadeira de fixação é adaptada à tubulação. Uma máquina de acoplamento rápido (60) é então abaixada sobre o pórtico de fixação rápida e orientação (62). A tubulação é acoplada por meio da máquina de acoplamento rápido.
