Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA LIMPAR UM RECIPIENTE METáLICO PROVENDO MOBILIDADE MELHORADA". é divulgado um processo para limpar e aplicar um melhorador de mobilidade a um recipiente metálico, preferivelmente uma lata de alumínio, o processo compreendendo as etapas de: (a) contatar o recipiente com uma solução de pré-lavagem ácida aquosa; (b) contatar o recipiente com uma solução de limpeza ácida ou alcalina aquosa; (c) enxaguar o recipiente com uma dispersão ácida aquosa; (d) enxaguar o recipiente com uma dispersão ácida aquosa compreendida de uma composição melhoradora de mobilidade, a composição melhoradora de mobilidade compreendendo (i) pelo menos uma cera, e (ii) pelo menos um tensoativo, em uma quantidade suficiente para reduzir o coeficiente de fricção estática na superfície externa do recipiente, e para prover à mesma uma superfície substancialmente isenta de descontinuidade de água. Também são divulgados processos para limpar e aplicar um melhorador de mobilidade a um recipiente metálico onde a composição melhoradora de mobilidade descrita acima é aplicada ao recipiente durante uma etapa de enxague de condicionamento ou de revestimento de conversão, ou durante uma das diversas etapas de enxague com água. A composição melhoradora de mobilidade provê mobilidade melhorada a latas de alumínio à medida em que estas são deslocadas ao londo de um dipositivo de esteira desde a operação de lavagem de latas até outras operações remotas em uma instalação de fabricação de latas sem afetar adversamente revestimentos de lata internos e/ou externos subsequentemente aplicados.
