Abstract

"VISOR DE SEGURANçA PRODUZIDO POR ATAQUE QUìMICO DE METAL". Um visor de segurança é produzido por meio de ataque químico de metal, e compreende um reticulado que define um grande número de furos permeáveis à luz (7, 8, 9). O visor de segurança possui, pelo menos, duas zonas (2, 3, 4), onde os furos (7, 8, 9) apresentam diferentes áreas e/ou configuração. Uma zona central superior (2) apresenta uma maior transmissão de luz do que as demais zonas (2, 4) do visor de segurança. O espaçamento C-C para os furos (7, 8, 9) é constante, tanto na direção vertical como lateral, independentemente da região do visor de segurança em que os furos (7, 8, 9) ficam localizados. Em uma modalidade preferida, os furos (7, 8, 9) são hexagonais, com dois lados aproximadamente paralelos, os quais são maiores do que os demais lados e ficam voltados para a direção vertical do visor de segurança.
