Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "TRANSFERêNCIA DE PASTA FLUIDAAFINADA POR CISALHAMENTO". Um método de e aparelho pararemover uma pasta fluida tendo propriedades reológicasvisco-plásticas, de afinamento por cisalhamento, de umreservatório contendo um corpo da pasta fluida de viscosidade tãoelevada que a remoção não é prática por meios convencionais,tais como fluxo de gravidade ou sucção. O método compreendecriar uma região de pasta fluida com afinamento por cisalhamentoem uma parte submersa do corpo da pasta fluida para arrastarpasta fluida adjacente de viscosidade elevada e então removeruma parte da viscosidade reduzida permanentemente doreservatório. A região da pasta afinada por cisalhamento pode serproduzida recirculando-se a pasta fluida de uma parte submersa doreservatório e submetendo-a a um cisalhamento elevado antes deretorná-la para o reservatório para criar um fluxo de pasta fluida deviscosidade reduzida através do corpo. O aparelho provê condutose um dispositivo gerador de cisalhamento que se comunica com oreservatório e um conduto de saída para pasta fluidapermanentemente retirada do reservatório.
