Abstract

"SISTEMA E PROCESSO PARA CONTROLE E APRESENTAçãO DE INFORMAçãO DERIVADA DE DETERMINAçãO DO PERFIL DE EXPRESSãO DE GENE". AND PROCESS FOR CONTROL AND PRESENTATION OF INFORMATION DERIVED FROM DETERMINING THE GENE EXPRESSION PROFILE". A data processing system for controlling and presenting information obtained from a differential expression of genetic information that can be used to model a physiological response of biological cells. a map of metabolic pathways with represented data is provided. The map has an array of regions and locations within each region. The regions are defined by respective coordinate sets. Each of the metabolic pathways includes, in some locations, respective graphic representations of a reaction, a substrate and a product of the reaction and at least one biological catalyst for the reaction. An association mechanism links previously generated sets of affected sequence data to biological catalyst identifiers, each identifying one or more unique biological catalysts and linking the biological catalyst identifiers to the coordinate sets. The affected sequence data sets represent a direction and regulating quantity for each of a few different nucleic acid sequences.
