Abstract

"PRóTESE DE SEIO EXTERNA, AGREGADO PARA UMAPRóTESE EXTERNA, MéTODO PARA A FIXAçãO REMOVìVELDE UMA PRóTESE EXTERNA". Uma prótese externa (40) e ummétodo para fixar a prótese à usuária por meio de ímãs (30)alojados de acordo interagindo com implantes cirúrgicos de aço(10) inseridos debaixo da pele da usuária. Os implantes são botõesde aço cirúrgico revestidos com metilmetacrilato para evitar aliberação de produtos de corrosão e silastic, um materialbiologicamente compatível. O implante (10) é inserido debaixo dapele da paciente juntamente com um material de malhabiologicamente compatível (15) para proporcionar resistênciaadicional. Um portador flexível (21) é formado com um formatocilíndrico oco para permitir que o ímã (30) se mova livrementedentro do portador (21). A abertura do portador flexível (21) érecoberta com a malha (31). A combinação de portadorflexível/imã/malha (20) é formada dentro da prótese (40) demaneira que a prótese (40) se alinhe com os implantes cirúrgicosde aço (10) e permita liberdade de movimento dentro do portadorflexível (21). O material da malha (31) permite uma respiração fácile também evita o estrangulamento da pele decorrente do excessode pressão exercido pelo ímã (30) sobre o implante de açocirúrgico (10).
