"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A DETECçãO DE VIBRAçõES,EM UM FLUXìMETRO DE MASSA CORIOLIS, USANDOFILTRAGEM DE BARULHO." Um parâmetro de processoassociado a um material contido em uma estrutura de vibração (3)é estimado. Uma pluralidade de sinais de movimento (605)representando o movimento de uma pluralidade de locais (5A-5D)da estrutura de vibração é recebida. A pluralidade recebida desinais de movimento (605) são filtrados por força (1020) com umfiltro de força (610) a fim de produzir um sinal de movimento filtradoà força (615) que discrimina o movimento atribuível a uma força deinteresse entre uma pluralidade de forças que atuam na estruturade vibração. Um parâmetro de processo (625) associado aomaterial contido na estrutura de vibração (3) é estimado a partir dosinal de movimento filtrado à força.
