GENES PARA A BIOSSìNTESE E METABOLISMO DE CAROTENOIDES E MéTODO DE APLICAçãO DOS MESMOS. Seq³ências de ácido nucleico que codificam E-cyclase, isomerase de Pyrofosfato de Isopentenyl e a hidroxilase de Beta-caroteno, bem como vetores que contêm o mesmo, e hospedeiros que se transformam com estes vetores. Métodos para controlar a proporção de vários carotenoides em um hospedeiro para a produção de pigmentos de carotenoides modernos. A presente invenção também prevê um método para filtrar gênes de eucariótipos que codificam a biossíntese de carotenoides, e de modificação das enzimas encontradas.GENES FOR BIOSOTHYNTHESIS AND METABOLISM OF CAROTENOIDS AND METHOD OF APPLICATION OF THE SAME. Methods to control the proportion of several carotenoids in a host for the production of modern carotenoid pigments.
