Abstract
"ACOPLAMENTO HIDRáULICO COM VEDAçãO TIPO RABO DE ANDORINHA ENERGIZADA POR PRESSãO" Um acoplamento hidráulico submarino possuindo uma vedação energizada por pressão radial com um interencaixe tipo rabo de andorinha é disposta. A vedação possui um par de superfícies de vedação flexível para vedar com os elementos de acoplamento macho e fêmea, e uma cavidade entre os mesmos que está exposto a pressão de fluido no acoplamento. A circunferência externa da vedação possui um interencaixe tipo rabo de andorinha entre os ressaltos inclinados no furo de elemento fêmea e um retentor de vedação que mantém a vedação no furo.
