Abstract

"FERRAMENTA MANUAL APERFEIçOADA". é do tipo de tenaz de preensão para prender peças (5) entre duas garras (3, 4), uma fixa (3) e outra móvel (4). Conta com um baço fixo (1) e outro móvel (2) articulados por uma de suas extremidades. O braço fixo (1) leva no sua extremidade a garra fixa (3) e no seu corpo é deslocavel axialmente um cilindro (12) portador da garra móvel (4) rosqueada em sua extremidade livre. O cilindro (12) é acionado pelo braço móvel (2) ao estar unidos articuladamente estes elementos (12, 2) mediante uma biela (6). O movimento de giro do braço móvel (2) transforma-se em um lineal de avanço do cilindro (12) e, por conseguinte, da garra móvel (4) aprisionando a peça (5) ou peças a serem prendidas. A garra móvel (4) é, por sua vez, um parafuso de ajuste da separação entre garras (3, 4) para alcançar um perfeito bloqueio. O braço móvel (2) une-se e oculta-se no fixo (1) e, por sua vez, tem uma alavanca de desbloqueio (13) montada articuladamente, que facilita esta operação.
