Abstract

"APERFEIçOAMENTOS EM MANCAIS DE ALUMìNIO E SUAS LIGAS, UTILIZADOS EM COMPRESSORES HERMéTICOS". Trata-se essencialmente de um tratamento superficial de fosfatização, ou seja, de aplicação de fosfato de zinco nas superfícies de mancais de alumínio e suas ligas, utilizados em compressores herméticos de refrigeração, com a obtenção de uma camada superficial de fosfato, que atua como um lubrificante sólido entre as superfícies metálicas de deslizamento dos mesmos, evitando assim o início de um eventual desgaste.
