Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "EMULSãO DE óLEO NA áGUA, COMPREENDENDO PELO MENOS UM ADITIVO DE LUBRIFICAçãO". Emulsão de óleo destinada a um tratamento de lubrificação de uma superfície de aço, compreendendo um aditivo correspondente às seguintes fórmulas: (R~ 1,2~-O-)~ 1,2~-PSS-(CH~ 2~)n-COO-(CH~ 2~)~ m~-CH~ 3~; (R~ 1,2~-O-)~ 1,2~-PSS-CH~ 2~-<237>-O-H; (R~ 1,2~-O-)~ 1,2~-PSS-CH~ 2~-<237>-O-(CH~ 2~)~ n~,-COO-(CH~ 2~)~ m~-CH~ 3~, nas quais PSS designa a função ditiofosfato. As chapas de aço sem revestimento tratadas com o auxílio dessa emulsão apresentam propriedades tribológicas muito boas, mesmo se a densidade de emulsão aplicada for inferior ou igual a 1 g/m^ 2^ no estado seco. Podem-se obter chapas lubrificadas de aspecto seco que não necessitam de nenhuma lubrificação, antes da enformação, mesmo por encaixe.
