O presente privilégio de invenção, refere-se à um inovador, prático e eficaz produto, cuja finalidade é a de dourar alimentos assados ou cozidos em fornos de microondas. A invenção em questão, vem de encontro a necessidade de melhorar o aspecto visual dos alimentos preparados em fornos de microondas. O dourador de produtos para microondas, é um produto apresentado em forma de um pó obtido pelo processo Spray-Dryer. Seus princípios ativos são constituídos de carboidratos mais reativos, que aceleram a reação entre os açúcares mais comuns (sacarose, glicose) e os aminoácidos (naturalmente presentes) dos alimentos, quando expostos ao calor. The gilder for microwave products is a product presented in the form of a powder obtained by the Spray-Dryer process. Its active ingredients consist of more reactive carbohydrates, which accelerate the reaction between the most common sugars (sucrose, glucose) and the amino acids (naturally present) in foods, when exposed to heat. The gilder is applied by spraying or brushing, developing the golden brown color in foods baked or cooked in microwave ovens, giving them an attractive and pleasing to the eye, without interfering with the product's flavor.
