Abstract

<B>SISTEMA DINâMICO DE AGENTE LOCAL PARA SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO<D> O sistema de Agente Local dinâmico para sistemas de comunicação sem fio utiliza a infra-estrutura existente das redes de sinalização de telefonia e centros de autenticação celular melhorados para suportar Agentes Locais dinâmicos, quer em redes sem fio visitadas ou em redes sem fio locais de maneira segura para fornecer serviços de dados de pacote para uma estação de assinante móvel em roaming. Centros de Autenticação são utilizados nessas redes como mecanismo de segurança celular para fornecer verificações de qualificação de serviço celular e para impedir a fraude celular pelo intercâmbio de chaves confidenciais. O mecanismo de segurança celular é melhorado pela utilização de uma chave adicional, a Chave IP Móvel Dinâmica (DMIPKEY) que é utilizada pelo Agente Local dinâmico na rede sem fio visitada para autenticar registros IP Móvel solicitados pela estação de assinante móvel. Nos sistemas ANSI, a DMIPKEY pode ser derivada da chave de Dados Secretos Partilhados ou da chave de Dados Secretos Partilhados parte A (SSD_A), pois esta última é utilizada para fins de autenticação. Com os necessários melhoramentos no algoritmo CAVE, tanto uma estação de assinante móvel equipada com o algoritmo CAVE como seu centro de Autenticação podem produzir independentemente a DMIPKEY. Como a estação de assinante móvel está equipada com o algoritmo CAVE, a DMIPKEY não precisa ser transmitida pelo ar.
