Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONJUNTO DE TUBULAçãO EM MULTICAMADA PARA SISTEMAS DE MANUSEIO DE FLUIDO E VAPOR"<D>. Tubulação em multicamada para uso em aplicações de transporte de fluido. A tubulação é adequada para transportar fluidos contendo hidrocarbonetos. A tubulação compreendendo uma camada adesiva, que pode ser extrudada coextrudada em torno de uma camada resistente à permeação interna de fluoropolímero e uma camada de polímero quimicamente diferente do fluropolímero coextrudada em torno da adesiva. A camada adesiva é formada de uma mistura ou liga de polímero tendo uma morfologia multifase em que uma fase é miscível com o fluoropolímero para formação da camada resistente à permeação interna e uma outra fase é miscível com o polímero quimicamente diferente do fluoropolímero. Para conseguir ligação suficiente, a camada adesiva compreende pelo menos 25% da fração de volume da primeira fase que é miscível com o polímero para formação da camada resistente à permeação interna e pelo menos 25% da fração de volume da segunda fase que é miscível com o polímero quimicamente diferente do fluoropolímero. Além disto, a camada adesiva de misturas ou ligas de polímero tendo uma morfologia multifase pode ser modificada por adição de compatibilizadores e modificadores de reologia para melhorar resistência à adesão e permitir que o material para formação da camada adesiva obtenha viscosidade e elasticidade da extrusão.
