Abstract
<B>''MéTODO PARA MODERNIZAçãO SIMULTâNEA DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE PRODUçãO DE AMÈNIA E DE UMA INSTALAçãO PARA A PRODUçãO DE URéIA"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a um método para a modernização simultânea de uma instalação para síntese de amónia e uma instalação para síntese de uréia, que fornece - dentre outras coisas - a disposição de uma seção de síntese de carbamato e uma seção de decomposição de carbamato, a fim de obter uma predeterminada quantidade de carbamato em solução aquosa e de hidrogênio e nitrogênio em fase gasosa, que são alimentados às seções existentes para, respectivamente, síntese de uréia e síntese de amónia. Graças ao presente método de modernização, é possível acentuadamente aumentar a capacidade de produção e, ao mesmo tempo, reduzir o consumo de energia de instalações de uréia e amónia sem serem forçadas a substituição ou de qualquer modo, sobrecarregar, em geral, as seções existentes do descarbonatação, metanação e compressão.
