Onde um novo processo e respectivoequipamento para a obtenção de ovos de wafer compreendebasicamente as seguintes etapas: a) coleta dos ingredientes; b)mistura dos mesmos e obtenção da massa; c) cozimento deporções de massa em forno específico, dotado de texturizaçãoadequada para formatar a bolacha de wafer; d) prensagem dabolacha cozida em equipamento especialmente desenvolvido,obtendo-se metades de ovos conformados; e) cobertura dasmetades obtidas com chocolate derretido; f) resfriamento dasmesmas em resfriador automático em forma de túnel com esteirastransportadoras; g) embalagem; h) armazenamento; i) transporte."PROCESS AND RESPECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR THE OBTAINMENT OF WAFER EGGS AND PRODUCERS RESULTING". Where a new process and respective equipment for obtaining wafer eggs basically comprises the following steps: a) collecting the ingredients; b) mixing them and obtaining the dough; c) baking dough portions in a specific oven, with adequate texturing to format the wafer wafer; d) pressing of baked biscuits in specially developed equipment, obtaining shaped egg halves; e) covering the halves obtained with melted chocolate; f) same cooling in an automatic chiller in the form of a tunnel with conveyor belts; g) packaging; h) storage; i) transportation.
