''SISTEMA DE ESTAçãO DE TRABALHO ADEQUADO PARA UM ESCRITóRIO'' Um sistema de estação de trabalho adequado para um escritório pode incluir um feixe de suporte alongado, hastes verticais rígidas que suportam esse feixe acima do chão, e uma unidade de mesa móvel com uma superfície de trabalho e elementos de rolamento montados em uma extremidade inferior da mesma. Uma parede é montada no topo do feixe em uma posição vertical e é suportada pelo feixe. Um dispositivo transportador de cabo e fio flexível se estende entre as posições elevadas no feixe de suporte e a unidade de mesa e é conectado a ambos. Preferivelmente esse dispositivo transportador inclui uma seção transportadora alongada que compreende uma pluralidade de conexões interconectadas que são articuláveis com relação uma à outra.
